Masks are optional for clients. I am continuing to wear an n95 mask during sessions with clients. Please do not come in for your appointment if you have cold or flu symptoms
There are a lot of things that I am doing behind the scenes to keep my clients safe. This includes:
Changing linens, blankets, headrest covers, and pillow covers between each client.
Disinfecting the treatment room and all of its equipment between patients. This includes but is not limited to the massage table, face cradle, stool, client chair, lotion bottle, any massage tools used during the treatment.
I have an air purifier with a HEPA filter in the room that is on high at all times.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in my day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, I require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than a 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee (100% of the cost of the treatment booked).
